Hard Drive Packaging Instructions:

1. Remove and retain all brackets, cables and misc. hardware unless otherwise instructed.

2. Place the unit inside an anti-static bag or a similar protective material if possible.

3. Place the unit in the center of a sturdy box with 5-6 inches of bubble wrap around all 6 sides.

4. Complete the work order emailed to you or the shiping form below, print, sign, and attach it along with your package.

5. Seal the box with sturdy tape.

6. If shipping more than one hard drive, make sure you wrap each drive separately with at least 5" of bubble insulation.

7. We recommend shipping hard drives via air service to minimize handling (UPS/FedEx next day or 2nd day air services are preferable)

No matter what storage device you ship to us, you should always protect it the best you can.
