“On the day I returned from a recent trip to Spain and Portugal, I was excitedly uploading my pictures to my computer when it froze and I ended up accidentally deleting all the files from my memory card. I took the card to a well-known photo developing company which sent it a central lab. After two very stressful weeks, I was crushed when they called to tell me that the images on the card were not recoverable.
